Grace is the Programme Manager for The Young Trustees Movement. They are an educator and activist with over 12 years experience of facilitating in social change settings. Their background is in Disability Justice, LGBTQ+ issues, youth rights and participation, and mental health.
A self-proclaimed ‘training methodology nerd’, Grace is passionate about how we can use engaging and creative approaches to learning as a tool for creating change and building connection. They are interested in how we can sustain movements that meaningfully centre care, are actually accessible, and manage to balance compassion and accountability when moving through conflict.
When Grace isn’t working you can find them growing veg, watching birds, and playing boardgames. Grace dreams of living in a happy little commune brimming with nature and collective-care.

Heidi helps with developing business and partnerships at The Young Trustees Movement. She enjoys working with organisations that are making a difference. With experience across children’s rights, sustainable solutions and community development she has held roles supporting with strategy and funding development.
Having began working life in documentary production, then moved into campaigning, Heidi uses her background in creating narrative to share the aims of organisations working for change. She has supported in areas from climate change, children's rights and international development to community energy and the arts.
Outside of work at YTM – currently at the helm of the mothership, supporting her young family to achieve their strategic goals too!

Mita has over 10 years’ experience in the Youth Sector and youth voice advocacy. She has worked for a variety of organisations including Envision, The University of Birmingham, The Challenge Network and Fearless Futures. She also holds a BA in Social Policy, has served as Chair of the British Youth Council, sat on the Advisory Board for Step Up To Serve and has mentored youth debating teams.
Mita is currently on maternity leave and will be back at the Young Trustees Movement in November.

Priscilla is an Administrative Assistant for the Young Trustees Movement. She is a current Master's student with experience in recruitment, policy, and research. Her background is in international relations, feminism, and forced migration issues.
Priscilla takes personal enjoyment out of organising information and processes. She is passionate about how these can be critically analysed to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Underlying her work, she is interested in how collaboration and listening to people's voices can expand the horizon of possibilities and encourage values of diversity, inclusion and joy in the workplace.
When Priscilla isn't working, you can find her buried in a book and thinking about the next feminist article she will publish in a student magazine. She practices Jiu Jitsu and competes in national competitions. Priscilla hopes for a world where every young person has access to books and sport.
