2050 Climate Group is now accepting applications for a Trustee with finance, human resources or legal experience to join our Board. Trustees will help govern and lead the charity, and guide it through an exciting next chapter as we develop our small (but mighty) staff team and our incredible volunteer team and network.

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds to represent the diverse population of people that we serve. This year, we are particularly keen to recruit people with experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Management.

We are now seeking new Trustees to join us on both our Sheffield Theatres Trust Board and The Montgomery Theatre and Arts Centre Board. Trustees of the Board are charged with ensuring Sheffield Theatres Trust operates in accordance with company and charity law and is prudently financially managed. Trustees contribute their experience and area of expertise to the Board’s role of determining the strategic direction, polices and planning of the organisation.

Wokingham Pride became a Registered Charity in 2024, but our roots go back further, with the Pride celebration in summer and increasing support for the LGBTQ+ community, firmly-focused on a family-friendly organisation that is also disability and neurodiversity inclusive.

Our Board includes people from the LGBTQ+ community, and we are looking for allies and supporters to join as new trustees, as well as more members of the LGBTQ+ community. All trustees must be trans-inclusive and have a strong empathy with our beneficiaries and our activities.

• A young trustee, aged 18-28, especially with music experience • Finance and accounting • Digital and technology • Experience as an artist or creative Leadership and workforce development • Sustainability and environment

We’re looking for safe pairs of hands, ‘i’ dotters and ‘t’ crossers. Sound like you? As a Trustee, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working together to make Scouts operate like a well-oiled machine.

From managing money to checking meeting places are in tip-top condition, you’ll make sure everything is set up properly, so that young people have the best experience in Scouts. Trustees see the big picture, make decisions and work together.

As a team, you’ll ensure that everything’s being done safely and legally, as well as connecting Scouts with your local community.

Oh, and it’s fine if you’ve not been a Trustee before. We’ll support you, making sure you learn everything you need to know, as you go.
