We're recruiting: Head of Delivery and Movement Building, and Administrative Assistant!

We are recruiting! Thanks all the energy in our movement and to our funders, we’re expanding.

The Young Trustees Movement is made up of current and aspiring young trustees, employers and allies. We exist to increase the number of young trustees and transform the landscape of 21st-century governance.

You will be joining a small but dedicated team made up of our 2 x Co-CEO’s (part-time), and Fundraising Manager (part-time), as well as the two roles we're recruiting for. We are also supported by an incredible trustee board (85% are under 30).

Head of Delivery and Movement Building

This role comes at an exciting time in our work and will be impactful in delivering our mission and commitments to the movement.  This is a full-time role which will focus on strengthening the delivery of key movement activities, developing a pipeline for paying partnerships with the sector, as well as supporting more thorough impact and learning across our work. We are open to exploring a job share or part-time role.

The role will involve project management of training & delivery, business development & partnership building, impact management and movement support.

Key information:

  • Full-time role (37.5 hrs). We are open to a part-time role (30 hrs)
  • The Salary is £44,000 per annum (this is the full-time salary)
  • Permanent contract
  • Home-based / fully remote
  • We welcome flexible working requests
  • Deadline: Sunday 4th May at midnight

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience of designing and delivering training
  • Experience in building partnerships to achieve shared goals
  • Initiative and can work independently

Administrative Assistant

The Young Trustees Movement (YTM) is looking for an Administrator. This is a full-time role (we are open to part-time arrangements) to support with administration, communications, delivery and our board of trustees (governance).

Key information:

  • Full-time role (37.5 hrs). We are open to a part-time role (30 hrs)
  • The Salary is £28,000 per annum (this is the full-time salary)
  • Permanent contract
  • Home-based / fully remote
  • We welcome flexible working requests
  • Deadline: Sunday 4th May at midnight

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can communicate clearly
  • Takes initiative and can work independently
  • Can prioritise their workload to manage multiple deadlines
  • Enjoys improving, updating and following processes
