We're a UK-wide Movement of current & aspiring young trustees working towards a clear goal: transforming charity boards across the sector. When meaningful youth leadership is the norm from those most excluded, our job will be done.
To achieve our mission, we campaign for the inclusion of young voices at a national level, offer training and resources to young people, charity boards and allies, and conduct research so that we can properly understand how only 1% of trustees in the UK are currently aged 30 and under.
We’ve been working to increase the number of young people in decision-making spaces since 2019. Since that time, we’ve grown and expanded our reach.
