We’re looking for a community‑minded person who cares about improving access to essential services for older and disabled residents. The most important qualities are reliability, compassion and a genuine interest in helping people stay connected and independent. You don’t need previous board experience.
We welcome people who are new to governance and want to grow into the role. Experience in areas such as finance, operations or volunteer management would be helpful, as these are key challenges for BluWave. However, lived experience is just as valuable.
