As a trustee, you will work collectively with the Board to:
Provide strategic oversight and ensure the trust delivers its mission effectively.
Maintain strong governance, financial sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support and constructively challenge the executive leadership team.
Ensure our services remain safe, inclusive and responsive to local need.
Act as an ambassador for Children First within the community and with partners.
This role is suited to individuals who can think strategically, ask thoughtful questions, and make balanced, evidence‑informed decisions. You do not need prior trustee experience, guidance, induction and training will be provided. All we need is your enthusiasm and commitment.
