Fiona Ellison is the Director of Partnerships & Operations at Step Up To Serve, the charity that runs the #iwill campaign. She leads on the work to develop the partnerships across our focus areas of health & the environment to ensure young people are able to participate in meaningful youth social action. She has just finished a two year secondment to the National Lottery Community Fund, overseeing the development of match funding partnerships to distribute £40m of investment into youth social action.
